The Curaçao Blue Liqueur has been made in Landhuis Chobolobo since 1896. An important ingredient of this liqueur is the laraha, a sour orange from Curaçao. In Chobolobo, to prevent oxidation, the laraha is cut open with a wooden knife. After preparing this liqueur, the bottles are filled manually and corked. A delicious syrup that is great to use in cocktails, fruit punches, and desserts.
